PCACS serves as the Congregate Meals Site Manager for Banta, Bonner, and Hebron senior centers.  PCACS also promotes the activities at Friendship and Duneland senior centers.

PCACS has a demand-response transportation service for citizens of Porter County.  These services are open to the public and door-to-door based.

PCACS aids in winter heating expenses and summer cooling expenses through Winter Warmth, Gift of Warmth, FEMA, and weatherization.

Lifeline is an emergency response system based on a personal unit that gives connectivity to 24-hour emergency support.

The Section 8 Housing program is designed to help low-income families obtain adequate housing.

The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) invites adults 55 years and over to use their life experience and skills to answer the call of neighbors in need.

PCACS provides information and referral services to all Porter County residents.  Each year, our staff handles hundreds of phone calls from local citizens in need.
